Once you inquire, we’ll schedule a call to ensure we’re the right fit for one another. These conversations are one of my favorite parts of the process — I get to learn about your story, what matters most to you, and how you’re envisioning your day.
When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a custom proposal and contract to make everything official and secure your date.

Engagement Session Time!

If you choose to include an engagement session as part of your Wedding Experience, it’s such a valuable part of the process. It gives you both the opportunity to feel comfortable in front of the camera and become familiar with my approach before the wedding day arrives.
By the time your wedding day is here, you won’t just feel prepared — you’ll feel completely at ease.
It’s also a chance for me to learn more about your dynamic, your natural rhythm together, and what makes you feel most like yourselves. That way, when your wedding day unfolds, I can serve you intentionally and capture it with confidence.

I get to meet and photograph you both!

Plan a Timeline

We’ll create a customized timeline designed to support your photography and the natural flow of your day.
Wedding days move quickly, which is why thoughtful planning matters. Building in intentional breathing room allows you to stay present rather than rushed.
I’ll work with you to create a timeline that reflects your priorities and ensures your day unfolds smoothly. A few months before your wedding, I’ll reach out so we can begin shaping the structure together — thoughtfully and strategically.

Wedding Questionnaire

Final Details

About three weeks before your wedding day, you’ll receive a short questionnaire designed to gather the final details we need.
A few weeks out, I’ll send an email with a thoughtful questionnaire to collect the names of your bridal party, vendor team, and preferred family portrait combinations.
This step allows us to move through portraits efficiently and intentionally — so you can spend more time present with the people who matter most.

V.
Final Chat!

About one week before your wedding, we’ll schedule a final call to review any last details and walk through the most important parts of your day.
This conversation ensures everything feels aligned, organized, and thoughtfully prepared.
We’ll also discuss your wedding album so we can begin the design process shortly after your celebration. If you didn’t include an album at the time of booking, that’s absolutely fine — it’s always something we can add afterward.
