Wedding at the Frenchman’s Reserve

The moment finally came. It didn’t matter that circumstances had them wait an extra six months, or that their guest list was cut by half. He would finally get to see his bride make her way down the aisle to him, arm in arm with her mom. Her rock. The woman who was always by her side from the start. As I stood towards the front of the ceremony, clicking away, I felt a familiar feeling in my heart. The same one I felt during Carmen and I’s wedding day. my own mom walked alongside me down the aisle. I could feel the tears rise up, fighting to pour from my eyes. I kept my camera in front of my face, attempting to hold it together.

We couldn’t be happier that Carly and Sam finally had their dream wedding at the beautiful Frenchman’s Reserve! After postponing their big day due to the pandemic, these two beautiful souls finally tied the knot. I don’t think they could have chosen a more perfect venue for their wedding. The Frenchman’s Reserve is an elegant and luxurious private country club nestled in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The moment you drive up, it’s sure to cause your eyebrows to raise or jaw to drop!

We absolutely love these two to pieces, ever since we met them for their engagement session last year! Sometimes meeting our couples before their wedding day has us longing for their wedding day to come sooner.

Wedding Time!!

When Carmen and I arrived to Carly’s getting ready suite, we were welcomed by so many beautiful faces and smiles. Carly herself was all smiles, and seemed so relaxed. She was surrounded by family, close friends, and her sorority sisters.

I was surprised when I walked into the room where her dress and details waited for me. Her dress was beautifully placed on a mannequin, her large lace-lined veil spread out on the bed, and endless details were readily available for me to get to working on! She even had fresh loose florals and blooms for me to photograph alongside her invitation and other details! (Totally a photographer’s dream ya’ll!) I could have spent HOURS photographing all of her wedding details if only I were allowed!

Their beautiful wedding day, filled with tears, laughter, and incorporated a number of traditions that we loved being able to capture and witness. Carly and Sam, congratulations to the both of you! We can’t thank you enough for trusting and allowing us to be a part of your celebration!
